You can explore all products, search, and read reviews without an account. Click on any product to see full details including price, description, and customer reviews.

Click the person icon or "Register" at the top right. Enter your phone number and create a password.

After registration, simply use your phone number and password to login. No OTP needed for regular logins.

On any product page, select your size or volume, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart".

Once in your cart, items are reserved for 30 minutes. This gives you time to complete checkout without losing the item.

Change quantities, remove items, or save items for later. The total price, delivery fee, and discounts update automatically.

Enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box on the cart page and click "Apply" to get your discount.

Enter your full name, phone number, county, town, and street address or landmark. You can save multiple addresses like Home or Work.

Home Delivery: We bring the parcel to your address. Pick Up from Station: You collect from a nearby station.

M-Pesa (STK Push): Confirm your phone number and receive a payment prompt on your phone. Enter your PIN to pay. Cash on Delivery: Pay when the rider delivers your order.

Review your order summary, then click "Place Order". You will see an order confirmation page with your order number.

You will receive automatic WhatsApp messages at every stage: Order Received → Packing → Shipped → Delivered.

Click "Track Order" in your account or use the tracking link sent via WhatsApp. The tracking page shows a simple progress bar for all four stages.

See a list of every order you have placed. Click on any order to see its current status, items, and tracking details.

Products you liked but saved for later. Move them back to cart when ready to buy.

Manage your delivery addresses. Set one as your default for faster checkout.

After your order is marked "Delivered", you will receive a WhatsApp message inviting you to rate your product.

Click the link, select a star rating (1 to 5 stars), write a short review, upload a photo (optional), and click Submit.

Your review will appear on the product page with a "Verified Buyer" badge to show you actually purchased the item.

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags. Perfumes must have unbroken seal.

Go to "My Orders" in your account, find the order, and click "Request Return". Select a reason and upload a photo if the item is damaged.

If approved, you will receive WhatsApp instructions. Refunds are sent to your M-Pesa within 5-7 business days.

Look for the "Contact Support" button on any page or the WhatsApp floating icon at the bottom right. Click to chat directly with our team.
