4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order

• Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp and email

5. Delivery and Shipping

We offer delivery services across Kenya. Please review our shipping terms:

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days after order confirmation
• Delivery Fee: KES 250 for orders below KES 5,000; Free delivery for orders KES 5,000 and above
• Delivery Areas: We deliver to all counties in Kenya through our partner courier services
• Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional fees may apply for re-delivery
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• 7-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Non-Returnable Items: Perfumes with broken seals, clearance items, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned
• Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
• Store Credit: Choose store credit and receive an extra 10% bonus

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
